We had a wonderful trip to Italy! The hotels, the tours, and the activities were all fantastic and particularly suited to our family trip. Our only problems were with some miscommunications with taxis for pick up and drop offs in Florence and in Venice, but otherwise, everything was a very smooth experience. I can’t wait for my next adventure! 😊

My family contacted Alessandra to help with a tour of Parma, a parmesano reggiano cheese factory and prosciutto plant. She arranged a private driver and tour guide and we had an unforgettable experience. She catered to every detail and was very patient and responsive. I highly recommend this agency.

We had an amazing 9 day honeymoon in Southern Italy that was fully curated by Taste and Slow Italy. Alessandra and her team were phenomenal taking care of every detail and we put our full trust in her with the planning and travel details, and we were so happy with our trip. Alessandra remained available and responsive through the whole week and was even able to assist when the weather did not cooperate for one of our boating days. I would definitely recommend Taste and Slow Italy for anyone who wants to step back from every detail of planning, especially the logistics around transportation between different stays and adventures. Also her local knowledge of the area allowed us to explore and see places that we wouldn't have chosen on our own.

Taste and Slow Italy planned and organized an amazing trip to Rome, Florence, and Venice. The accommodations were centrally located and had the amenities we sought, the tour guides were knowledgeable and personable, the cooking class with Simone was not only informative but created a memory that will last for many years, and the added touches such as the opera performances in small churches and theaters were much appreciated. We will certainly contact Taste and Slow Italy for their assistance the next time we travel to Italy.

My husband and I have been to Italy numerous times on our own, and our week in Tuscany and Umbria this past Fall, arranged by Alessandra, was one of our best trips ever. In addition to arranging the olive oil tastings we requested, she planned other fun adventures including truffle hunting and a dairy visit. At these events, the hosts were both professional and charming (we still haven't stopped talking about the adorable truffle dog, Rospo) and the food samplings or lunches were delicious. The only disappointment was one olive oil producer that was so busy -- understandably, as it was the height of harvest season -- we could not help pick the olives (something we had really looked forward to). That, however, by no means ruined our trip, which otherwise was absolutely wonderful.

Taste & Slow were super helpful in planning our trip of a lifetime to Italy in Sept 2024. Its a tailored holiday experience based on what you want. Private tours and transfers etc. First time to Italy, found the experience overwhelming at times - so much history, great food, scenery and shopping!
