With my husband and kids suffering from severe asthma, we really had to find a way to improve the air quality in our home. After talking with a friend about a whole house purifier, we decided to call Space Age. The office was knowledgeable and it was easy to get the information we needed to make the decision to invest in the MicroPure system. We made our appointment, the office staff called to confirm on the day of the appointment and the tech, Cody called when he was on his way. The tech check the a/c unit and discussed the air purifier system. He answered all our questions and installed the unit in a very short time period. After a few hours, we could already tell the difference in the house. My husband and kids have been feeling much better, the house smells great all the time despite our 2 cats. I am truly happy with Space Age and I would highly recommend them for their prompt knowledgeable service and quality product that is making my family's life so much better.

Years ago I had some repairs on my air conditioning system done by a local company with a good reputation. They did the initial installation so I naturally called them for the repairs. They botched the job so badly. I was very frustrated until I call Space Age Cooling. They were able to fix the mess the other company caused so I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan. This is a great value and had wonderful service since. Just recently they installed a new AC system. Not only were they very quick in responding but I experienced excellent communications from the very first phone call to the office to the last call with the installer. Chris did the installation and was not only very professional but did an excellent job in communicating with me since I was out of town at the time. No need to look any further, go with Space Age Cooling and you will not be disappointed.

Update to the review below. They have closed the business suddenly and there is not info on who will honor warranties. Paid extra for this and now the AC does not have a warranty.

We just replaced our AC with this company and it has been one of the best contractor experiences we have had. They have extreme focus on customer satisfaction and from the very first call until they left they made sure we were happy with their service. They were receptive to all of our requests and explained every aspect of their work. They worked with us to find a good solution to purifying our air without using ozone. They also have very reasonable prices, great warranty and financing. Thank you Cody!

I have lived in Florida since 2013. I have been looking for reliable AC company for last four years. But not anymore! Space Age Cooling company is great. From calling and scheduling appointment all the way to the end of repairing job. Excellent customer service, fast appointment in 3 hours, great technician. Ricky explained our problem, fixed a problem fast and very professional and gives some good advices. And the price was very reasonable. I Highly recommend this company and I would give 10 stars !!!!

I've just have another great customer service experience with Space Age Cooling and Heating. Every contact has been professional, prompt and service focused. We had sudden loss of A/C last weekend and Steve was there within a few hours. Repair was quick, clogged drain, and air was back on. Judy, the office manager, is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Lathan, the owner, installed a new unit for us about 3 years ago and we have been saving on our electric bills ever since. I have highly recommended Space Age Cooling to family and friends and will continue to.

From the very first call to the install simply amazing customer service. Everyone was super nice. Had to replace an older unit, usually not a great experience. However it was a really good experience. Ryan, Isaac and Erik all showed up exactly when they said they would. Explained everything they were about to do and just got to it. After everything was installed they walked me through everything that was installed. Everyone was just really friendly. A few days after the install even got a call from the company making sure everything was still alright and working as it should. Highly recommended!! I would have 0 doubts telling someone else who needs A/C work done to call Space age

We had Space Age replace our air on March 15. This was no easy task since we were going from a water to air unit to a standard one. Everyone was just amazing! Setting up the appointment with was a breeze with super friendly Heather. John was great explaining everything to us and making sure we understood the process. When the crew got here to do the install everything ran smoothly. They were great, worked well with each other, were curtious, professional and cleaned everything up when finished. Two years ago they replaced our A/C unit, and now twice a year, we have maintenance checks on the A/C with Space Age. We were new to the area, and Space Age came highly recommended by our neighbors.
