Andrew was great to work with and kept be updated about parts and pricing. Work was priced fairly and truck was in and out within two days. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I don’t write reviews, but Fast, Cheap, AND Great (as the saying sort of goes) - YES, it does exist, at New Age Automotive! Once you’re a customer, you’ll feel like you’ve got a mechanic in the family. New Age treats you the way they would if you were their mother! I can’t even count the number of times over the years they have helped us out of jams with our Mercedes, Escalade and Volvos. Even if you don’t take into consideration their exceptional quality/ attention to detail (the owner, and the mechanics are truly passionate about cars) and their outstanding customer service (they truly go above and beyond-seriously), the pricing is quite reasonable.  Their motto must be, make the customer’s life easier!  New Age has diagnosed problems, repaired and replaced parts, batteries and tires and stored our cars in their covered garage for months (to have them returned in better condition than we left them…) reasonably and with the highest quality.

Their customer service is AMAZING. They actually care! We have one car that tends to get stuck on tire stops – they have come to the rescue in three different parking lots, three times and refused payment!!!  The third time they apologetically said it would take them a really long time to get there…  15 minutes!  That’s what they think is a long time (I would have been happy to wait hours – just for someone to come was enough).  On top of their quick response – they got my car off of the tire stop with no damage!!! AND no charge because nothing to fix!!!!!  WHAT?  I begged to pay -  they wouldn’t accept it.  On another occasion – one of our cars was making a funny noise. Though it was a company car, I was willing to pay to fix it.  They hopped in and while we took the car for a spin so they could hear what the sound was, they said, “if it’s something big – you should take it to the dealership, so you don’t have to pay for it to be fixed.” Nothing in it for them!  (Turns out it was a setting that they changed on the dashboard.  No payment.)

Accidents happen and on a narrow street with cars and big trucks parked on both sides of the street, I thought traffic from both directions was taking turns driving through the middle of the street. Well, a car that seemed to indicate it would wait for me to pass in the middle first, drove in the middle at the same time as I did and I shattered someone’s side mirror trying to move out of the way.  I found the owner of the car and told her I would take care of it. I told New Age what happened and mentioned where the person worked.  They ordered the part and then – without my knowing - contacted the person directly when the part came in.  When I followed up with them about the part a week later – intending to contact the owner of the car to tell her to bring it to New Age – the entire job had already been done and the car was returned to the person not even a full day after New Age got the part.  They only charged me the actual cost for the part – no labor because they said it was so easy to clip it in.

I can only say that if you want to make your life easy, got to New Age for anything related to your car.

Andrew and his crew take care of your car like it was theirs. They make sure it runs perfectly and test drive it to make sure. They even take care of details you might have forgotten. Plus they detailed my car which unfortunately dealers like Braman Honda don't do even after dropping a grand and still leave grease all over your hood. Highly recommend

Absolutely best in the area! The owners and staff couldn't be kinder. It is extremely hard to find mechanics you can trust (especially when you know nothing about cars). I never stress bringing my car to them and know it is in the best, most capable hands.

Niko is the man, gave me a great deal on my breaks when I was afraid to go to a dealer after a couple of poor experiences. But he hooked me up and my car has been handling much better, I totally recommend.
