I recently got my lips done with Inga and I couldn't be happier with the experience and results:) My previous experience with another aesthetic injector was very painful and uncomfortable, and I didn't like the results at all. However, with Inga, it was a completely different story. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. I'm personally a crybaby when it comes to needles, but Inga was patient and answered all my questions. She really listened to my goals and what I wanted to achieve, and she delivered exactly what I was looking for. The pain was minimal, I'd rate it a 3/10, and all the staff were very kind and welcoming. I will recommend Inga to ANYONE looking to get lip fillers. Very happy with my results! 🙂 Thanks again !

2nd appointment:
Went back to see Inga, this time for a filler. Again, she did not rush the procedure and was meticulous. As expected, I was a little sore the next day but I did not have any bruising at all.

1st appointment:
I was so pleased with my treatment with Inga. She took her time to explain various options and provided her recommendation when I asked. Inga was precise with the injections. In addition, she’s very personable. I will be visiting her again!

I thought long and hard about leaving this review but unfortunately I’m very disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for Dysport a little over a month ago and on the day of the appointment, they tell me that they are out of Dysport. The drive to the office was a little over 30 minutes to make it even more frustrating. The injector then persuades me into doing Botox even though I told her that it never worked for me in the past and that Dysport was the best option. She convinced me that it would work just as well so I went ahead and did the treatment. It’s been about 6 weeks and my forehead has never looked worse. The amount of wrinkles/lines that I never had before is disturbing. It’s as if the product did nothing. Again, I didn’t want to leave the review but after paying over $200 for a service that I was convinced would work great and it did the opposite is so disappointing. I’ve never experienced this before and not to this extent. I should’ve stood firm on not receiving a treatment that I wasn’t scheduled for and they should have done better as a business to communicate that to a customer who specifically asked for a product that they know works. Instead they pushed a different service at a higher price to make their money without customer satisfaction. I’m very disappointed and would not return to this business.

Update: A manager called and left a voicemail with a number that I can call or text back. I was able to get back to her after a long work week and still have not heard back. The text thread indicates that the messages have been received and read so I’m not sure why I’m not getting a response. The next update will have screen shots.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS if you are thinking about getting the compounded semaglutide. My first 5 week order was fine, however, when I ordered the next vial there were problems. You would think they would ask if you are having any problems with the medication or ask overall how you are doing but they did not. I thought that was strange, but fortunately I was doing fine on it. They simply want to sell you what they claim is a 9-12 week (they said it depends of the dose) for $750. The going rate for this medication is $250 per month and they send you a sheet indicating this second order would last 12 weeks. I stayed on a slightly lower dose than they recommended and the vial still only lasted 8 weeks. I first sent an email regarding the shortage with no response, I then called the office on Friday and again on Monday and spoke to office personnel (Jasmine and Chloe). I then sent a text message on Tuesday. I never received an answer from anyone in the office. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and feel I was ripped off paying $375/month for this medication (which comes from Empower Pharmacy out of Texas). So buyer beware – if you have problems with them you don’t get any response.

Total rip off. Do not waste your money. At no point did I ever notice any effect from the hormones they prescribed me. When I emailed them and asked them about it, they replied back and said they'd call me the next day, but never did. When I emailed them and said I never heard from them, they ignored my email. When I emailed them again, they replied and said that someone would call me that day, but never did. When I emailed them again saying they never called me and asked them to cancel my prescription refill, they never replied. When I emailed them again asking them to confirm my cancellation, they never replied. When I emailed them a second time, asking them to confirm my cancellation, they finally replied. I still never heard from any licensed clinician regarding why I never saw any results after 7 months. The compounding pharmacy they use is Brookville Pharmaceuticals who is currently in legal trouble for issues including prescription dosages being AT LEAST 19% less than what is on their labels.
